Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Integration Lead to lead the development, optimization, and qualification of RF semiconductor technologies. The role involves designing and analyzing Design of Experiments, improving device performance, manufacturability, yield, and reliability, solving complex technical problems, defining technology design rules and qualification methodologies, supporting customer engagements, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a degree in electrical or electronics engineering, at least six years of semiconductor experience with a PhD or eight years with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and strong FEOL process integration and technology development experience.
