Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Systems Engineer to develop, evaluate, and optimize next-generation memory systems for AI accelerators. The role focuses on characterizing AI inference workloads, building tiered memory hierarchies, analyzing KV cache lifecycles and MoE models, optimizing data movement, developing system-level and operating-system components, and prototyping agentic AI systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or a master's or PhD in a relevant field, along with expertise in memory systems, operating systems, distributed systems, parallel computing, C/C++, Python, and Linux. The US base salary range is $215,000 to $376,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
