MUD PLANT OPERATOR at Select

Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time MUD PLANT OPERATOR to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment and manage mud-disposal operations. The role monitors pit and silo levels, retrieves oil, unloads and discharges equipment, documents disposal activities, maintains environmental and safety compliance, and supports day-to-night shift transitions. The position requires excavator and heavy-equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends, and physical work in outdoor conditions.
