MUD PLANT OPERATOR at Select

Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time MUD PLANT OPERATOR for its Solids Management business unit. The role operates heavy equipment, maintains disposal areas, monitors pit and silo levels, retrieves oil, handles fluid-disposal equipment, documents third-party tickets, and ensures compliance with environmental, safety, and underground injection well regulations. The operator must work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and outside weather conditions, and must have excavator and heavy-equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with little supervision.
