Description

The NC Department of Health and Human Services is hiring a Data Integration, API and ETL Developer to create real-time, on-demand, batch, and scheduled data interfaces between internal and external systems and applications. The role requires hands-on MuleSoft development, architecture, testing, production support, and system maintenance, including requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support. Candidates must have substantial experience with APIs, ETL, data modeling, Salesforce integration, MuleSoft, scripting, and related integration technologies, with IIB/ACE or Boomi experience preferred.

Required Previous Experiences: 7 years of experience in data modeling, OLAP design, and implementation of APIs and ETL processes, procedures, and execution for data cleansing, and refreshes.
2 years of experience with data formats including JSON, XML, and flat files such as CSV and fixed-width.
5 years of experience with integration via web services, API, and ETL management.
7 years of experience leveraging common frameworks such as message queuing, caching, complex mapping, branching, and parallel processing.
7 years of hands-on experience building integration patterns, processes, managing, deploying, and supporting APIs.
2 years of experience administering Mule ESB middleware, including cloud configurations and installations for multiple environments.
3 years of experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce applications and understanding available Mule Connectors.
5 years of experience configuring APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics using MuleSoft API Manager.
2 years of proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Bash, and JSON.
5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions with IBM IIB/ACE.
