Generation is hiring a Multi-country Programme Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to coordinate and scale its employment-skilling delivery across satellite markets in West and East Africa, initially focusing on Nigeria, Kenya, and Ethiopia. The role owns multi-country programme design, in-country coordination, remote team management, cross-border operational problem-solving, partnership development, safeguarding compliance, and scalable data and payment systems. It requires at least five years of programme management, operations, or project coordination experience, with a proven record managing multi-country or multi-site programmes and coordinating remote teams.
