The Maintenance Technician at James River Pointe in Richmond performs general maintenance, repairs, inspections, janitorial and grounds services, apartment refurbishment, snow removal, safety reporting, and customer-service request handling. The role requires plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, at least 2–3 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 60 pounds and climbing ladders up to 10 feet.
