Description
AST SpaceMobile is hiring a Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI) Installation Manager to lead the installation and quality execution of thermal insulation systems for spacecraft. The role supervises a team of technicians, develops installation processes, coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and program management, ensures thermal and contamination-control requirements are met, supports testing and verification, and provides hands-on training. The position requires 5–10+ years of experience in thermal, insulation, cryogenic, or aerospace manufacturing systems, including MLI design or installation and direct supervision of 15 or more personnel.
