Mortenson is hiring an experienced MEP Superintendent to coordinate, plan, supervise, and resolve field coordination issues for complex data center projects. The role reviews construction and contract documents, coordinates with design engineers and project partners, manages schedules and site logistics, and supports customer relationships. The position is available at Level I and Level II, with Level I requiring at least 8 years of construction experience including two years of supervisory experience, and Level II requiring 15 years of construction experience. The Pampa, Texas site offers a base pay range of $111,400 to $167,100 for Level I and $130,100 to $195,200 for Level II, plus benefits and an incentive plan.
