Mortenson is hiring a Senior Superintendent to coordinate and supervise construction activities across multiple or large, complex projects. The role manages project schedules, budgets, materials, equipment, crews, subcontractors, safety, and site logistics while mentoring field personnel and maintaining relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and union representatives. Candidates need extensive construction and supervisory experience, with two experience-based levels and a Pampa, Texas site location. The position offers a base pay range of $144,300 to $216,500 for Senior Superintendent I and $164,300 to $246,500 for Senior Superintendent II, plus medical, dental, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
