Description
The Customer Service Specialist supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, processing sales, maintaining inventory and store standards, and meeting sales goals. The role also includes tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. The position is based at three Harrisburg, Pennsylvania stores and requires an 18-year-old applicant to be legally authorized to work, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally.
