The role involves setting up and adjusting machines, preparing parts and materials, operating and monitoring production, checking dimensional accuracy, performing rework and scrap corrections, documenting results, and maintaining quality and equipment. Applicants need metal-processing skilled-trade training or a comparable qualification, ideally sheet-metal-forming knowledge, and should demonstrate teamwork, reliability, structured work habits, quality awareness, and adaptability.
