Description
The Multi-Modality Technologist CT & X-Ray performs two imaging modalities, such as X-ray, CT, or MRI, and produces images for licensed practitioners. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, selecting appropriate sequences, obtaining clinical histories, verifying patient identification, providing radiation and other protection, performing venipuncture, administering medications or contrast, and using power injectors when required. The role is scheduled for full-time weekend nights with three 12-hour shifts, requires ARRT, RDMS, or CNMT certification, and offers a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible candidates.
