Description
The Multi-Modality Technologist 2 Market Float Pool performs any two imaging modalities, such as X-ray, CT, and MRI, across five Hampton Roads facilities. The role includes operating imaging equipment, selecting appropriate sequences, obtaining clinical histories, verifying patient identification, providing radiation and other protection, and administering contrast or medications when required. It requires ARRT, RDMS, or CNMT certification, competence in two imaging modalities, and an associate degree from an ARRT-accredited or approved program; one year of healthcare experience is preferred. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week on days and evenings, with travel between facilities and on-call requirements, and pays $35.82 to $55.52 per hour.
