The Multi-Modality Technologist 2 Market Float Pool supports five Hampton Roads facilities by performing any two imaging modalities, such as X-ray, CT, and MRI. The role includes operating imaging equipment, selecting appropriate sequences, obtaining clinical histories, verifying patient identification, providing radiation and other protection, performing venipuncture, and administering contrast or medications as prescribed. It requires ARRT, RDMS, or CNMT certification and competency in two imaging modalities, with an associate degree from an ARRT-accredited or approved program preferred. The position offers a $35,000 sign-on bonus, a base salary of $35.82 to $55.52, and medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA/FSA, and other benefits.
