Exotrail is hiring a Multi-Physics Engineering Team Lead at its Massy site to lead the Simulation team within the Spaceware Engineering Team. The role manages three multidisciplinary simulation teams covering structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics, while overseeing technical delivery, resource allocation, simulation quality, verification and validation, and collaboration with engineering, test, design, and project teams. The position requires senior technical leadership, numerical simulation expertise, and experience managing engineering teams in a complex industrial environment.
