Description
The role leads a multi-product application engineering team and defines product and service requirements from customer input. Responsibilities include technical training, support for quality incidents and performance issues, documentation and data analysis, innovation feedback, customer-specific projects, product engineering, and collaboration with business analysts and central functions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least five years of experience in R&D, application engineering, or sales engineering, project management experience, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.
