Rheinmetall is seeking a multi-project manager to lead the LYNX project portfolio and coordinate several large international projects. The role is responsible for project delivery across scope, quality, schedule, and budget; personnel planning and development; process improvement; organizational matters; and internal and external stakeholder collaboration. Candidates need a degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field, several years of professional and leadership experience, strong project management and leadership skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to travel.
