Street Child, a non-governmental organization focused on ensuring access to education and child protection for vulnerable children globally, seeks a Project Manager for the "LISANGA" initiative in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The successful candidate will oversee project implementation, coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor progress against targets, and ensure compliance with donor requirements. This role involves significant responsibility in project management, provincial representation, and resource mobilization.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of professional experience and competence in multi-partner, multi-sector project management in a humanitarian context and within an INGO.
Professional experience in the fields of Child Protection, Community Protection, Emergency Education, Food Security, and Agroforestry, including community forestry for landscape restoration with high ecological and economic value.
At least 3 consecutive years of experience in a similar position within an International NGO.
Prior professional experience in complex and unstable contexts.
Experience implementing one or more projects funded by multilateral and bilateral humanitarian donors.
Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in French and English.
Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel/Word, PowerPoint), the Internet, and other software.
Experience training partners in project management (Project Management Cycle).
Strong command of applicable labour legislation and the general tax code.
Ability to manage resources to optimise results.
Ability to manage performance and professional development.
Unwavering commitment to the zero-tolerance policy on fraud, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation in the workplace and in the community.
