Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a full-time Residential Property Manager to support three neighboring apartment communities in Fairfield, California. The role handles resident and prospect services, leasing, move-ins and move-outs, rental applications, maintenance work orders, collections, account records, inspections, and administrative support. It requires two years of residential property-management experience in the multifamily industry, a high school education or equivalent, and intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills. Compensation is $26 to $28 per hour with bonus opportunities, and the schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with possible nights, weekends, and holidays.
