Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of Amazon blue badge or full-time experience
At least 3 years of increasing responsibility in workplace health and safety or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
At least 3 years of increasing responsibility in people and performance management, or 2 years of Amazon Safety experience
Preferred Qualifications: Distribution center or manufacturing EHS experience with a mix of exempt and non-exempt employees at a site of at least 250 people
Master's degree
Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
