The role combines hands-on safety management with strategic partnerships with Operations leadership, including risk assessments, safety data analysis, compliance audits, incident-trend analysis, first aid and emergency response, training, and continuous improvement. The position requires substantial WHS or related experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent Amazon experience, 50–70% travel, and various shifts; first aid, CPR, and AED certification must be obtained within three weeks of start for those without it. The listed base salaries are $63,100–$94,700 annually in Little Rock, Arkansas; $70,100–$105,200 annually in Granite City, Illinois; and $70,100–$105,200 annually in St. Peters, Missouri.
