Neko is hiring a multi-site Facilities Manager to establish and operate facilities for new clinic locations, manage vendors and contractors, oversee preventive maintenance and hard and soft services, audit clinic standards, track repairs through a CMMS, own the facilities budget, coordinate with landlords and property managers, and respond to emergencies. The role is based in or around Miami, Florida, requires regular on-site presence, and may involve supporting other locations across the region or country.
