Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance and service operations for the Pointe at Northern Woods property in Columbus, including residential units, common areas, building systems, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, compliance, safety, vendor coordination, inventory, and resident communication. The role leads and trains maintenance technicians, manages service requests and inspections, and requires 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, EPA Universal Certification, and 24/7 emergency availability.
