Description
The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician supports maintenance operations across multiple residential communities in the Decron Properties portfolio. The role performs routine and emergency repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances; conducts preventative maintenance; coordinates work priorities; assists with apartment turnover; documents work and travels between sites; and operates tools safely. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of maintenance experience, troubleshooting ability, mobile maintenance software proficiency, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible hours including weekends.
