Konvert Mons is recruiting a Head of Operations for a client in the lifting and industrial maintenance sector. The role manages two major operating sites in Saint-Ghislain and Auvelais, overseeing nearly 150 employees, subcontractors, and external partners. Responsibilities include daily operations, resource optimization, team leadership, lifting and industrial maintenance, safety and quality compliance, budget and profitability monitoring, and strategic development. The position requires a degree in industrial or civil engineering or equivalent high-level experience, significant operations or industrial maintenance management experience, and knowledge of lifting or technical industrial activities.
