National Veterinary Associates is hiring a permanent Multi-Site Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead operations and people development across Parkway Veterinary Hospital and Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital in the East Bay. The role partners with veterinary leadership, manages staffing and performance, oversees hospital operations and compliance, monitors P&L and budget performance, supports financial processes, and drives client experience and growth. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of management experience, preferably in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or a service-based environment, with strong operational, financial, communication, and leadership skills. The position pays $85,000–$95,000 annually and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and other benefits.
