Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring a Multi-Skilled Engineering Leader for the ICBM Program Team at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, or Layton, Utah. The role manages employees across two or more engineering disciplines, develops project and process plans, oversees suppliers and technical approaches, and leads sustainment programs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, at least one year of leadership experience or completion of Boeing’s Exploring Leadership course, and 8+ years of related work experience. The position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
