Description
Guinness Property is hiring a permanent Multi Skilled Joiner for its Brighton and Crawley team to deliver responsive repairs and general multi-trade work. The role covers 40 hours per week, including Monday–Friday 8am–7pm, Saturday mornings on a rota, and an out-of-hours callout rota with additional payment. Candidates must live in the Brighton and Crawley area, hold a full UK driving licence, pass a DBS check, and demonstrate joinery competence plus basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, groundwork, mould treatment, and flooring installation. An NVQ Level 3 Joinery/Carpentry qualification or equivalent recognised competency is required.
