Marshalls plc is hiring an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for its production site in Sittingbourne, working 42 hours per week Monday to Friday days only. The role focuses on maintaining continuous production by reducing downtime through planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems. Candidates should be apprentice trained or time served with recognised mechanical or electrical qualifications, have strong health and safety awareness, and ideally have PLC and VSD fault-finding experience. The role offers a salary of £46,696 per annum plus overtime and benefits, including pension, holiday, training, onsite parking, and healthcare cash plan.
