Marley, part of Marshalls plc, is hiring a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for its Burton upon Trent manufacturing site. The role works a three-week rotating day-and-night shift pattern with no Sunday working and one Saturday in three, and is responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown response, mechanical workshop work, equipment spares, maintenance processes, regulatory compliance, KPI delivery, lean improvements, and contractor control. The position offers £49,305–£53,519 per year depending on experience, including shift allowance, plus premium overtime and benefits.
