Description
THG is hiring a Maintenance Engineer at its THG Labs facility in Frome, working rotating shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., for an 8.15-hour day and 41.25 hours per week. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical production and site equipment, fault diagnosis, repairs, equipment strip-downs, alignments, electrical fault-finding, CMMS record-keeping, and support for continuous improvement and production teams. Candidates need a time-served apprenticeship or relevant mechanical or multi-skilled maintenance engineering qualification, manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience, mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
