Description
Potters is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production and facility equipment in a paint manufacturing environment. The role covers routine and emergency maintenance of dispensers, mixers, pumps, valves, piping, filling and packaging systems, compressors, HVAC, and plant utilities; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs; preventative maintenance; root-cause analysis; and support for production changeovers, R&D trials, equipment upgrades, and plant expansion. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and knowledge of plumbing, pipe fitting, electrical systems, motor controls, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
