Trouw Nutrition is hiring a Multi-Skilled Operator (CBK Operator) in Deventer to monitor, control, and optimize dosing, mixing, and powder-transport processes from the central control room, perform factory inspections, handle raw-material receipt and finished-product issuance, and support production improvements. The role requires MBO-level vocational education, technical aptitude, production experience, Dutch proficiency, and proximity to Deventer; it is a 33.6-hour-per-week five-shift position with shift allowance, vacation, pension, training, and career advancement opportunities.
