SURTECO is hiring a Multi-stage Operator to operate a multi-stage rotogravure press and train and direct Second Operators and Production Assistants. The role covers press setup, ink and registration controls, camera setup, defect tracking, material handling, quality inspection, troubleshooting, production labeling, and maintaining a clean press. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical knowledge, computer skills, communication and team-leader skills, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment; a two-year technical degree and one to three years of rotogravure press experience are desired. The role may require overtime and weekend work and may involve travel.
