Description
The employer is seeking a fully remote Multi-State Associate Attorney to independently manage Medicaid eligibility, reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate, estate claims, and guardianship cases from intake through resolution. The role requires an ABA-accredited Juris Doctor, at least three years of substantive legal experience, active licensure in two or more of the listed states, strong advocacy and organizational skills, and the ability to travel for hearings and firm events. Compensation is $85,000–$100,000 DOE with billable bonuses and health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits.
