Description
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a multi-store operations leader responsible for store performance, food, labor, service, staffing, training, safety, maintenance, budgets, inventory, reporting, and implementation of new products and operational standards. The role requires oversight of assigned stores, monthly P&L reviews, regular evaluations and raises, completion of audits and paperwork, adherence to Domino’s standards, and a minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day. Responsibilities also include ensuring school lunches are prepared and delivered to required standards, while store-level team members must follow customer service, food preparation, delivery, safety, and security procedures.
