Lenskart is seeking a multi-store retail operations leader to oversee sales, profitability, customer experience, operational standards, team productivity, inventory, compliance, and store development across stores in Saudi Arabia. The role leads area and store managers, manages manpower and performance, uses retail analytics to drive improvements, and supports new store openings and expansion. The ideal profile includes 7–10+ years of retail operations experience, strong KSA multi-store experience, sales and leadership experience, commercial and analytical skills, and proficiency in Arabic and English.
