SNEF Maintenance is recruiting a Multi-Technical Maintenance Activity Manager (M/F) for a new location in Luxembourg. Reporting to management, the role develops multi-technical maintenance contracts covering HVAC, electrical, and related services; manages customer satisfaction, contract profitability, safety, budgets, scheduling, teams, business development, quality, and energy and environmental performance. The candidate needs a Bac+5 qualification or significant experience managing multi-technical maintenance activities, along with strong management, commercial, financial, safety, and customer-service skills.
