Keoghs Corporate Risk Team is recruiting a Multi-Track File Handler to manage delegated and non-delegated multi-track employment liability and professional liability claims, including pre-litigation work. The role involves client and insurer liaison, liability and quantum assessment, case strategy, evidence collection, pleadings, court attendance, case-management-system work, and meeting chargeable-hour and client-maintenance targets. Candidates should have EL/PL multi-track file-handling experience, strong communication, analytical, IT, advocacy, and client-care skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
