King County's Facilities Management Division is recruiting Multi-Trade Maintenance & Tenant Improvement Planners to plan, schedule, scope, estimate, coordinate, and track maintenance and tenant improvement work across county facilities. The role supports skilled trades, vendors, project managers, and asset-management teams, develops CMMS and preventive-maintenance schedules, and requires onsite work at the Chinook Building and other facilities. It is salaried, typically 40 hours per week, and requires a Washington State driver's license, background investigation, and reference checks.
