ePac is hiring a Pouch Machine Operator for its second-shift facility in Middleton, Wisconsin. The role sets up, operates, and maintains multi-web pouch machines; performs quality checks, material staging, roll changes, minor maintenance, production documentation, and housekeeping; and supports continuous improvement. The position pays $25 per hour plus a shift differential and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits. Applicants need at least two years of machine-operation experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
