Judd Wire Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator- Multi Wire Draw 3rd shift for its Turners Falls, Massachusetts manufacturing facility. The role sets up and operates multi-wire fine-draw and buncher machines to produce copper wire of specified diameters, patterns, and quality standards, including rod breakdown, sample inspection, product changeovers, cold welding, minor maintenance, and BPCS data entry. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and willingness to cross-train and work overtime. Compensation is $19.17 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour third-shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
