Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring Multicraft Maintenance Tech(s) for its Industrial Gas Turbine group in Hampton, Virginia. The role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, piping, and related infrastructure. Available shifts are 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with 1st-shift training from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The starting rate is $41.70 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour shift premium for off shifts. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of industrial electro-mechanical experience, and experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs, welding, or analytical troubleshooting; mechanical, electrical, or multi-craft apprenticeship certification is preferred.
