Description
The Maintenance Team Member performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment diagnostics, PLC support, piping and hydraulic systems, fabrication, electrical terminations, documentation, safety compliance, and crew leadership. It requires an associate's degree or equivalent, one year of related manufacturing experience, English communication and basic mathematical skills, and a Certified Forklift Operator certification. The position is scheduled for the second shift Monday through Friday from 2:20 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Downtown Plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
