Description
The Maintenance Technician performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment diagnostics, PLC and automated-system support, piping and hydraulic work, fabrication, electrical terminations, documentation, safety compliance, and crew leadership. It requires an associate's degree or equivalent education and experience, English communication and basic mathematical skills, a Certified Forklift Operator certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position is scheduled for the second shift Monday through Friday from 2:20 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Downtown Plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
