Description
The Maintenance Team Member performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment diagnostics, PLC support, piping and hydraulic systems, fabrication, electrical terminations, documentation, safety compliance, and crew leadership. It requires an associate's degree or equivalent education and experience, English communication and basic mathematical skills, a Certified Forklift Operator certification, and the ability to work in a noisy, dusty manufacturing environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:20 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. at the Amnicola plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
