The Multicultural Advisor provides holistic one-on-one advising, mentoring, and coaching to BYU multicultural students across academic, financial, cultural, and social needs. The role supports prospective and newly admitted students, guides graduation planning, connects students to campus resources, and helps them transition successfully to BYU. Applicants need a relevant master’s degree and two years of advising experience, with a preferred qualification of four or more years of higher education advising or counseling experience. The position offers a typical starting pay of $67,000 to $87,000 and benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement contributions, paid leave, and tuition benefits.
