Description
The Multifacility Supplier Development & Projects Sourcing Coordinator protects multifacility operations and project launches by coordinating technical sourcing, supplier development, tooling execution, relocations, engineering changes, audits, and continuous improvement across suppliers and Metalsa facilities. The role leads cross-functional containment and recovery activities, supports APQP and PPAP milestones, monitors tooling and manufacturing performance, plans spare parts, develops supplier technical personnel, and provides multifacility reporting. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in supplier development, tooling, sourcing, engineering, quality, or project execution within automotive or a comparable metal-mechanical industry, with stamping tooling, mechanical presses, and related technical knowledge strongly preferred.
