Description
The Multifamily Asset Manager oversees third-party property management partners and directly managed multifamily assets, monitoring occupancy, leasing, rental rates, collections, financial performance, and NOI. The role develops asset-level business plans, leads property and leasing teams, analyzes budgets and variances, manages capital projects, supports acquisitions and refinancing, and prepares reports for ownership. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of multifamily asset-management or operations experience, bilingual Spanish ability, and regular property visits. Compensation is $120,000-$125,000 with annual bonus potential, plus medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.
